Legal Technology Platform

About ClearCaseIQ

ClearCaseIQ helps people injured in accidents understand their case in plain English, organize medical records, and — only if they choose — share their file with participating personal injury attorneys.

ClearCaseIQ Corp. is a legal technology company. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and using this platform does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Our mission

Too many families face injury, paperwork, and insurance pressure at once — without a clear picture of their options. We exist so people can understand a claim before they talk to a lawyer, and so attorneys receive documented, plaintiff-chosen matters instead of thin leads.

Clarity before counsel

A free case snapshot explains strength, value range, and next steps in everyday language — without promising outcomes.

Claimant control

Nothing is shared with a law firm until you authorize it, and you choose which attorneys are contacted.

Honest about what we are

We disclose that we are technology, not a law firm; that estimates are informational; and that participating firms pay a flat platform fee.

Care with sensitive data

Injury and medical details are handled with privacy-minded design. Third-party marketing analytics stay off intake and signed-in screens.

Why ClearCaseIQ exists

ClearCaseIQ began after founder Sri Reddy's father passed away from complications following a quadruple bypass. In that moment of grief, the family did not know where to turn or how to navigate the systems around them.

That experience shaped the product: make it simple for injured people and families to share their story and documents, and make it possible for attorneys to respond with clarity and care — without burying anyone in legal jargon.

What we build

One platform serves two audiences. Consumers get clarity and control. Participating firms get intelligence and readiness — not another lead mill.

For injured people and families

  • A free guided assessment that takes a few minutes, with no signup required to start
  • A plain-English case snapshot: strength signals, estimated value range, liability notes, and timeline
  • Help organizing medical records and evidence that strengthen a file
  • Optional attorney review only with your consent — you pick who is contacted

For personal injury firms

  • Plaintiffs choose counsel; review is free; flat fee only on accept — never a percentage of recovery
  • Pre-scored packages with viability, liability, damages signals, and document readiness
  • Medical chronology, demand drafts, and case workspace tools for the matter after accept
  • Currently focused on California, with nationwide expansion planned as attorney supply allows

People behind the platform

ClearCaseIQ is built by a product and engineering team in California. Named leadership below is accountable for how the platform presents itself to the public.

Sri Reddy

Founder

sri@clearcaseiq.com

Sri founded ClearCaseIQ to reduce the overwhelm families face after serious medical events and injuries — starting with clearer intake, better documentation, and a transparent path to optional attorney review.

How we create and maintain content

Personal injury is a Your Money or Your Life (YMYL) topic. Educational pages on this site are written to inform, not to replace a licensed attorney or medical provider.

Authorship

Marketing and educational pages are authored by the ClearCaseIQ product team under the direction of the founder. Settlement ranges, timelines, and process explanations are based on publicly discussed claim patterns, California procedure concepts, and product underwriting signals — not on confidential client files.

Review

Before launch and when content is materially revised, California-focused pages (including city venue facts, statute-of-limitations notes, and advertising/referral disclosures) are reviewed for accuracy and compliance. We do not invent medical diagnoses or guarantee case outcomes. Named outside reviewers will be listed here as engagements are formalized.

Updates

When a page's substance changes, we update its content date so search engines and readers can see freshness as a real signal rather than an automatic daily stamp.

Limits

Nothing on ClearCaseIQ is legal or medical advice. Automated tools, including Rose (our AI assistant), can be incomplete or wrong; people review material actions. Always confirm deadlines and strategy with a licensed California attorney when your situation requires one.
