ClearCaseIQ is an independent legal technology company. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Using this platform does not create an attorney-client relationship with ClearCaseIQ.

Attorneys displayed on the platform are independent participating law firms. ClearCaseIQ does not recommend or endorse any attorney. You decide whether to contact or retain a lawyer.

Attorneys are identified using objective criteria: the state and county of your matter, the type of claim, whether the firm handles that claim type, and how quickly the firm typically responds. You see the attorneys before anyone is contacted, you set the order in which they are contacted, and you can remove any attorney you would rather not work with. A removed attorney is not contacted and is not suggested to you again. If additional attorneys are proposed later, nothing is sent until you review that list and choose which ones to include.

ClearCaseIQ operates a legal technology platform that connects consumers with participating law firms. Participating law firms pay ClearCaseIQ for access to technology and marketing services. That is a flat fee per case, identical for every case regardless of claim type, injury severity, or expected settlement value, and it is never a percentage of any recovery. Consumers never pay ClearCaseIQ to use the platform.

Paying to participate does not buy a better position. Attorneys are identified by the objective criteria described above, and you decide who is contacted. You are free to choose any attorney, whether or not they participate on the platform.

Settlement estimates are informational only and are not guarantees or predictions of legal outcomes. Estimates are generated from the information you provide and from comparable reported matters, and they change as documentation is added.

ClearCaseIQ uses automated systems, including large language models, to organize the information you provide, build a medical chronology, summarize documents, and identify participating attorneys. Rose, the platform's intake and case assistant, is an AI assistant and not a person. Automated output can be incomplete or wrong, is reviewed by people before it is acted on, and is not legal advice.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to limit our use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of those rights.

You also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Sending your case to a participating law firm is a disclosure you authorize, and participating firms pay ClearCaseIQ a flat fee per case, so we treat that disclosure as one you can decline and withdraw. You can decline to send your case at all, remove any firm before it is contacted, or withdraw your authorization afterward from your case page. We then stop contacting firms about your case. To opt out in writing, or to make any other request under the CCPA/CPRA, email us with the subject line "California privacy request."

We will verify your identity before acting on a request about your own information, and we will respond within the time the statute allows. You may use an authorized agent. Exercising these rights does not change the price or quality of anything we provide, because consumers never pay ClearCaseIQ.
